Cut the carbon. keep the future.

Transform waste biomass into high-value biochar, right where it’s generated.

We’re developing scalable biochar solutions that remove carbon and restore balance to the planet. We deploy mobile reactors that transform waste biomass into biochar — a scalable solution for carbon storage.

Why Ecobriquette

Practical Technology, Measurable Climate Results

EcoBriquette streamlines biomass processing for fast, field-ready deployment, turning residues into valuable BioChar and carbon removal.

Rapid Deployment

Our mobile units rapidly commission at any location to convert remote feedstock piles using clean pyrolysis technology.

Climate-positive outputs

Transform biomass into premium biochar and briquettes for lasting carbon removal and circular value.

Inclusive value chains

Monetizing agricultural and forestry residues while replacing smoky burns with clean, sustainable solutions.

Technology

The Biochar Carbon Removal Process

Our system is engineered to maximize the climate value of residual biomass, focusing on durable carbon storage outputs as illustrated in the provided process diagram:

  • Residual Biomass Feedstock: We process diverse, hard-to-handle residues—from agricultural waste to forestry cuttings—using automated recipe presets.
  • Pyrolysis Plant: The feedstock is fed into our mobile unit for clean, oxygen-lean conversion. The process deliberately optimizes for Biochar output.
  • Biochar: The conversion recovers up to 80% of the feedstock’s carbon into a stable, high-value Biochar product.
  • Durable Carbon Storage: Our biochar is refined for long-term carbon storage applications, qualifying the outputs for durable carbon removal credits: Biochar applied in agriculture, amending soil to enhance fertility and sequestering carbon for centuries.

This process ensures that EcoBriquette not only converts waste but also guarantees verifiable, durable carbon removal outcomes.

Use cases

Scalable biomass conversion, perfectly matched to each ecosystem’s needs

Transforming biomass waste into carbon removal, community value, and soil regeneration.

Carbon removal

  • Deliver verified, high-quality biochar through robust monitoring, reporting, and verification.

Rural cooperatives

  • Transform crop residues into premium soil inputs on-site.
  • Create new income streams for smallholder networks through carbon participation.

Waste authorities

  • Divert green waste from landfills and wildfire-prone stockpiles.
  • Deploy mobile units that scale with seasonal feedstock peaks.

Process

Circular Systems, Verified Impact.

Closed-loop operations delivering verifiable carbon outcomes from feedstock to registry.

1

Feedstock mapping

Digitally assess residue types, ash content, and logistics to configure the right conversion recipe for each territory.

2

On-site preparation

Low-power shredding and drying modules condition biomass within the mobile units.

3

Oxygen-lean conversion

A staged torrefaction and pyrolysis sequence yields biochar while suppressing particulate emissions.

4

Distribution

Automated bagging, briquetting, and cloud reporting tie physical products to carbon registry documentation in real time.

Impact dashboard

Quantify climate benefits and community outcomes

Our reporting suite merges carbon analytics with social and agronomic data, giving stakeholders confidence in every tonne converted.

Biomas conversion perfectly matched to each ecosystem’s need

Dashboards integrate laboratory analyses and field-based biomass assessments to substantiate carbon removal claims. Exportable reports monitor avoided emissions, soil health improvements, and fair revenue distribution.
